Upper half white with three geometric designs in green, blue and yellow;
lower half horizontally striped in irregular widths of blue, green and white,
with a motto on one white stripe. From what I understand it is Portuguese and
reads "Alagoinha do Piauí /
crescendo com seu povo" which means something
like "Alagoinha do Piauí / growing up with its people"
