A red field with a central white disk bearing the arms and from which radiate eight white rays, all white fields edged blue.
The Judiciary Flag was created by judge-president of the Biennium 1979-1981, Arthur Virginio de Moura. It was updated in 2008 by the then judge-president Antonio Padua Lima Montenegro (Biennium 2007-2009), with unanimous approval of the Full Court, which passed a resolution, then transformed into state law by the Legislature and signed by the Governor.
