The flag is a horizontal triband, apparently very dark blue (but possibly black), red, and yellow,
with the municipal coat of arms on the center. The coat of arms portrays hills, a sunrise (or
sunset), a horn of plenty, what appears to be a stalk of maize (corn), and a flying white cow
floating into the picture from the dexter side. The motto is Civitas Amoris Fraterni,
which I guess means City of Brotherly Love.
