The image on the page cited by André shows a squarish
flag, but such images are not always a good source on ratio. At
www.aspec.com.br is
an accounting report on government procurements which makes clear
that this flag as bought by the local authorities is 90 x 130 cm, or
approximately the same 7:10 ratio used for the national and state
flags.
