The flag of the Municipality of Atalaia do Norte in the State of Amazonas can be seen here:

It is yellow with a green map of the municipality on which is the coat of
arms. The arms (https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia)
show a yellow shield with a brown base, divided into three parts by blue river,
in each part a bow and arrow, a parrot and a fish. The shield is placed on
yellow and green mantling with a large tree atop, and below a yellow
ribbon with the name.
