"Buenos Aires Rowing Club" (BARC), founded on 16 December 1873, is the
oldest nautic club in Argentina. A founding member of the Argentina
Rowing Association, BARC has sent several of its members to
international competitions, including the Olympic Games.

A photo available on the BARC website shows a youth team in front of a
flag horizontally divided blue-white, with the letters BA and RC in
the blue and white stripe, respectively, countercoloured.
