It is an equal horizontal triband of blue and white with a red hoist
isosceles trapezoid, its base matching the hoist edge of the flag and its obtuse
angles on the stripe boundary lines; on the white stripe, a green regular,
medium, five-pointed star, pointing up with three of its tips on the stripe
boundary lines.
