The Mathias Colomb First Nation is a remote northern Manitoba First Nation, 210 km north of The Pas and 819 km northwest of Winnipeg, Manitoba. The main community is at Pukatawagan, Manitoba.
The flag is white with a loon rising out of a red lake before a yellow sun. The name is arched over the device.
