The Municipality of General Manuel Cedeno in the State of
Bolivar, Venezuela, adopted its flag during the council sessions

The flag was designed by Víctor Ramírez and Gabriel González, students of the Bolivarian High School of Manuel Cedeño. The symbolism is as follows:
Yellow: Apparently Pantone 130-C, though this seems different from the image provided. This color represents natural and mineral wealth; strength of the Orinoco River; the energy of the resplendent sun of Cedeño; the ancestral wisdom inherited from the municipality'sethnicities; and finally, the color used by the patriots of the First and Second republics.
Petroglyph: Represents the archaeological heritage of the municipality. This petroglyph is among those found in the Punta de Cedeño sector,
where in the '90s it was discovered that 70% of these figures correspond to geometric shapes. The petroglyph was drawn in black.
As typical with quite a few other municipalities...the eight stars stand for the eight united provinces of Venezuela, which includes Guayana.
