The page at www.well.com/user/pk/yachtclubs.html gives a list of links towards the homepages of the Yacht Clubs of the Bay of San Francisco, and most of them show their flag on their respective homepage.

The Oyster Point Yacht Club (OPYC) was established in 1965 by club members
who share a passion for boating.
No information about the burgee: Red,
bearing a white circle and through it a white arrow pointing SSE. It may be that
the circle is an "O" for Oyster Point", with the arrow "point"-ing towards the
location of the club within San Francisco. Then again, they may not.
I've
borrowed an appropriate copy from their website,
https://opyc.com/flag-officers-%26-directors, which I reduced until it was
something of acceptable size.
