held its first Annual Regatta in 1971, on Norton Reservoir, Norton,
Massachusetts, US. Though they are formed as an association, they are
nevertheless effectively an ice club. They just happen to be one whose members
do not live close together, rather than the more regular associations that are
clubs of clubs.
Their signal is a 1:2 triangular yellow field bearing in
blue a map of New England in the hoist and an image of an ice boat in the fly.
