The Manchester Yacht Club (MYC) was incorporated on 10 June 1895.
The burgee of the MYC, as shown graphically on the club's website, is white with a blue saltire and a blue star placed in the first quarter.

The Manchester Yacht Club is depicted in Manning's The American Yacht List
for 1896. This shows that the club used the common flags for the Commodore, the
Vice-Commodore, and Rear Commodore. The only difference is that at the time such
flags were broad pennants.
