The Chautauqua Lake Yacht Club,
https://www.sailclyc.org, is a yacht club in Lakewood, in the
north-west of upper New York State. Its home water is Chautauqua Lake. The
club is home to a number of dinghy fleets.
According to the By-Laws
of the Chautauqua Lake Yacht Club:
"ARTICLE II
Burgee
The
distinguishing Club flag or burgee shall be a pointed pennant in width
two-thirds of its length with a red field adjacent to the hoist and a blue
field at the fly. The two fields shall be divided in the mid-section by a
white chevron pointing toward the hoist. There shall be a white star in the
corner of the blue field."
