The Cape Cod Sea Camps were created in 1922 in Brewster, Massachusetts. For nearly a hundred years, the
camps were run by the same people, the Delahanty family. The camps, which drew
more than 1400 campers each year, were members of the Southern Massachusetts
Sailing Association, allowing for children learning about water sports as the
weather allowed. However, due to the Covid 2019 epidemic, the owners saw no
other option than to close the camps down.
As far as I know, the camps
never had an overall flag. They had a clear symbol; it just wasn't made into a
flag, as far as I can tell.
However, in the past the camps had a strict
division: There was a boys' camp - camp Monomoy - and a girls' camp - camp Wono.
It looks like in this look back into the past, we see a somewhat rolled-up flag
of camp Wono.
