The club was reorganized in 1921 as the Bay-Waveland Yacht and Athletic Club, and again in 1949 reverting to its original name.

units wide next to fly) superimposed by white letters YC. All sides fimbriated white within a blue outer fimbriation (both 0.1 unit wide).
