The Block Island Club is a club organising various activities for the Block
Island community, sailing, seamanship, and water safety among them.
From
the logo on the website, one would assume that the burgee is red with a white
border. Whether that's actually so, I didn't manage to determine, but a
photograph in the gallery,

Parade of 2008 shows what may be a flag: white, bearing a drawing of such a
burgee with above it BLOCK ISLAND and below it CLUB, all in red, and the text in
blocky letters.
