The Associated Yacht and Power Boat Clubs of America is listed in Lloyd's Register of American Yachts, 1917, as organised in 1912 and incorporated 1913. I've not come across any information that suggests the name was accurate; it
appears the club was limited to speed boat racing in the Chicago area. All references to the club seem to be from 1912-1915, with the only later mention being Lloyd's in 1917. Speed boat racing was probably going out of style by then any way, and it appears the club did not survive the war.
Its burgee is drawn as a ca. 2:3 red triangle, with a blue disk bearing a white Y throughout.
