A red-edged white pennant with a notch at the fly end, and centered a large blue star.

The hat badge photo also has PPLYC on it. The modern pennant lacks the PPLYC and has a nick in the fly end of the white triangle (image derived from https://www.pplyc.org/about/125th-celebration). That page also shows members wearing a hat badge with a similar crossed anchors braid.
