At
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:1993-flood1.jpg we can see a
commemorative flag hoisted on a ground on the Jones-Confluence Point State Park,
on the confluence of the Mississippi and the Missouri. It’s a white flag with
three blue waves above centered red lettering set in bold serifless capitals
reading "record flood 1993" over "438.2 feet" over "top of pole". The waves are
stylized as typographic tie marks (like upturned round brackets), set in three
centered lines with eight over nine over eight wave dips (and correspondently
9+10+9 peaks); the photo shows the flags unreadable reverse.
