Rochester Institute of Technology is the second major academic institution located in Rochester, New York (US). The university flag is shown in this group photograph of deaf students on www.ntid.rit.edu.

The flag seems to be an equal vertical bicolor of brown and orange (the institute colors?; tiger/mascot colors?; also used in the website design) with a large seal overall. The seal is round with brown letters, edges and ring rim, reading "R•I•T", "1829" and "Rochester Institute of Technology".
