National War College

The National War College is subordinate to the National Defense University, and is at Fort McNair, DC.

The flag was shown at https://sphotos-a-sea.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-prn1/p480x480/994588_10153150288535438_2107699027_n.jpg (no longer available) between the National Defense University and general officer flags.

The flag is white, with a blue fringe, and the agency seal in the center.

William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies

The CHDS is a subordinate element of the National Defense University, but is closely aligned with US Southern Command. It is located in Washington, DC.

Old flag (shown above): light blue with gold fringe, agency seal in center.

It recently added "William J. Perry" to its name (April 2013), and the seal was amended slightly, seen in more recent flags.
