This appears to be the sports flag for Midwestern State University, based on the
graphic included in Paul's original E-mail from 10 March. This flag features the
school's acronym logo for sports in maroon lettering, outlined in white and
gold, set on a maroon field. Beneath the letters "MSU" is the word "TEXAS" in
white, capital, sans serif letters.
