On a June 2020 segment of "60 Minutes," about the Merit Systems Protection Board, an independent federal agency, there were a few shots of the agency flag, which is the central yellow portion of its seal. Around the flag emblem is the lettering from the seal, but in white and in a different font. Screenshots attached.
