Members of the Allamakee County Sesquicentennial Commission gathered appropriately at New Albin's centennial celebration to officially present an Iowa Sesquicentennial flag to the city of New Albin as the starting point for the Sesquicentennial canoe trip next summer. New Albin Mayor, Bob Bulman (center), accepted the flag on behalf of the city. [...]
