I was unable to find an image for the DOD Education Activity (DODEA) or its
predecessor, DOD Dependents Schools (DODDS). This entity runs the schools for
children of servicemembers.

The old DODDS Pacific Region did have a flag, which was depicted at
http://usarmy.vo.llnwd.net/e2/c/images/2012/06/12/251163/size0.jpg (no longer
available). It was light blue with gold fringe, and the emblem in the
center.
