The pennant is blue with white map in the hoist and white name 'Clean Marina' (italic) in the fly.

This map shows Staten Island, Brooklyn, Queens etc. which are part of New York City (but as the compass rose shows, the area was shifted). Surely the Clean Marina initiative is not limited to NYC?
