The Miami Dolphins are a professional American football franchise based in Miami. They are members of the American Football Conference (AFC) East division, part of the National Football League (NFL). They first played in the American Football League AFL in 1966. In 1970 the Dolphins joined the NFL when the AFL-NFL merger occurred. They originally played their home games Miami Orange Bowl, but in 2016 moved to the Hard Rock Stadium.
They have been a very successful franchise (as of the 2016 season) with 13 division championships, 5 conference titles, two League championships, and have appeared in 5 Super Bowls, wining two in 1972 and 1973. The Dolphins made their first Super Bowl appearance in 1971 (Super Bowl VI) loosing to the Dallas Cowboys, 24-3. The following year, the Dolphins completed a perfect season winning Super Bowl VII. Then in 1972 another perfect regular season led to a Super Bowl VIII victory. They became the first team to appear in three consecutive Super Bowls, and the second team to win back-to-back championships. Miami also appeared in Super Bowl XVII and Super Bowl XIX, but lost both games.

These popular Miami fan flags are made for the "Man Cave." Apparently there are currently two licensed variants being sold. I've seen similar designs for most NFL teams.
