According to www.awcnet.org/ the Association of Washington Cities will hold for its 75th anniversary a parade
of flags. This page shows also the city flag of Ephrata. It is a (very very) dark blue ~3:4 flag with a shield similar
to the U.S. coat of arms within a thin golden yellow ring enclosed in an U.N.-like wreath and lettering "City of Ephrata" above and "Washington" below in extra wide sans serif golden yellow capitals.
