Karla Slate, Community Relations Coordinator, City of Covington, Washington, sent me a photo of the city flag, but without any further information. The flag is white with slightly modified city logo on it. The version of the city logo
depicting a train in a forest on the flag is bordered in gold, and inscription "City of Covington" also in gold.
