The flag is found in the book "Flags to Color from the American Revolution" on page 18, and is listed as the flag of the United Company of the Train of Artillery.
"Colors: Yellow field; light blue anchor, bottom scroll, cannon balls; gold letters, cannon barrels, edging of scrolls; dark blue stars; brown snake; a pink upper scroll." Any elements without a color listed I assumed were Proper, and shaded them so. The upper (pink) scroll bears the inscription "DO NOT TREAD ON ME.", while the bottom (blue) scroll says "IN GOD WE HOPE".
"This company was formed in 1775 by merging the Providence Train of Artillery and the Providence Fusileers [sic]. It was active at the Seige [sic] of Boston, firing sixteen pieces of artillery there."
