Chapter 11 City Flag
11.01 Design of the flag.
"The municipal flag shall be a field of white with a narrow red stripe at the top and a wide blue stripe at the bottom for a field of five white stars. The red and blue “W” with a large white star in the top center shall prominently occupy the center of the field of white. The words “CITY OF WHITEHOUSE” in blue shall be located below the “W”."
