The present flag of Azle TX was adopted on December 19, 2019, and uses the
city's present logo/seal, which “highlights the city’s natural environment using
a bold forest green font for the text, and incorporating an artistic blue wave
of water and a gold, artistic sun” (according to the resolution for adoption).

The city's previous flag was adopted on June 20, 1978. It used the seal/logo
of the time, which showed Eagle Mountain Lake and stated that Azle was the
gateway.
