https://www.stewartcogov.com doesn't contain the word "flag" at all,
according to its own search engine; unusually, there seems to be no county seal
nor logo. The local Visitors Center has the usual the national and state flags
mounted indoors in its main hall (https://www.stewartcogov.com/visitor_center/images/fullsize/cumberland_room2.jpg)
and a nice sample of (quite vexillographic) barn quilts in the lobby (https://www.stewartcogov.com/visitor_center/images/fullsize/lobby.jpg)
but no county flags.
