The flag is a pale buff field with a design which resembles the township welcome
sign. It is a horizontal oval which contains a black and white scene that
depicts the Allegheny Reservoir with the Allegheny mountains in the background.
Trees surround the reservoir with the sun rising behind the mountains. The
township name is inscribed above and under the oval, with the establishment date
on ether side of the oval.
