I was given a photo of the flag by the borough manager a while back, but without any information about it.
The flag is a blue field with a light blue drum in the center. Inside of the drum is a red eagle and a white hexagon overlaying it. The hexagon contains a depiction of the Pine Valley Covered Bridge. Under the eagle is a red wordless banner. Behind the drum are two crossed swords. From what I can tell, the swords and the drum might refer to the Revolutionary War, as some of George Washington's army detachments passed through the area on their way to Monmouth. Above the drum is a red banner with blue outlines, barring the borough name. underneath is the name banner but with the incorporation date.

The seal depicts numerous historical sites of the borough as well as symbols of Pennsylvania itself. The first shows a pair of mountain laurel flowers, the official state flower. The second is the pop inn, a historical hotel. The third shows a old wooden gazebo. The fourth shows the Pine Valley Covered Bridge. In the center of the seal is the Pennsylvania seal.
