In a dark green vertical band at the hoist the text the text CORVALLIS in white sans-serif font runs vertically from bottom to top. To the right, a wider vertical band depicts a wide, meandering blue river flowing from the base of a blue mountain past a gold and white building with a central tower, through fields of dark and light green. At the hoist another vertical band is divided into five stripes of various widths, colored blue, dark green, gold, dark green, and light green. A narrow dotted line of grey runs along the fly edge.
The flag is decorated with representations of current in the river and nondescript plants in the fields.
