Willowick Code of Ordinances §103.01:
The flag of the City is hereby adopted. The flag shall have a rectangular shape. It shall have one red, one white and one blue bar of equal width. The red bar shall be at the extreme right of the flag and the blue bar shall be at the extreme left of the flag. On the white bar shall be superimposed a green and brown willow tree, branches of which extend into the red and blue bars. A copy of such flag is on file in the office of the Clerk of Council.
