Springville is located in the town of Concord, Erie County. It had a
population of 4,225 as of the 2020 census.
The flag consists of an
alternate seal variant, in yellow, centered on a dark green bedsheet. My source
for the alternate seal was a Facebook post with the seal mounted on the wall.
