The flag of the Town of Lake George, Warren County, New York, was designed in 2005. Here is documentation about the discussion in the Town Board: town.lakegeorge.ny.us/content/MinuteCategories/View/1/2005:field=minutes;/content/Minutes/View/44:field=documents;/content/Documents/File/56.pdf
Town Board 11.04.2005:
"Councilperson Dorman showed two proposed designs for the Town flag. The designs had been made through the assistance of Betty Spinelli. Writing on the flag will be "Town of Lake George, Warren County, NY, established in 1962." Supervisor Tessier said that the Town was established in 1810. Councilperson Dorman said the name was changed to Town of Lake George in 1962. The date would be changed to 1810 on the flag. A design with a circle on it was agreed upon by the members. She said that she would proceed with an order for it."

At least we can say that the flag is blue, and that the "circle" is a seal-like emblem. See town.lakegeorge.ny.us/content; far too much is obscured to say whether the emblem is the actual town seal however.
