The Waymarking page from 2016 shows two different flags. The white flag is
based on the current logo but the date of introduction is unclear.
According to a pdf file about the history of Sunrise Terrace, the city logo includes an elm
tree, because the first court was held in Binghamton (of which Dickinson is a
suburb) beneath an elm tree across the street from the home of 1787 settler
Joshua Whitney.
