The municipality of Genoa has informed me that it does not have a flag.

Genoa is an unincorporated town in Nevada. I was told by its manager that it
does not have a flag.
Daniel Rentería, 30 August 2023
According to the December 24, 1994 issue of the Reno Gazette-Journal, Genoa apparently has had a flag before. The article reads, "...also raised was a Genoa town flag. The Genoa flag as a copy of the original silkscreen flag that was selected at a bicentennial potluck in Genoa in 1975." The town flag was first hoisted June 22, 1975, but seems to have had very limited use afterwards.
