A dark blue flag with a white orle and centered inside it a white
horizontally oblong ellipsis with the naturalistic likeness of a bald eagle in
dark blue monochrome within it, shown almost sideways, facing the hoist, and
standing with its wings spread; curved around the ellipsis, the inscription
"Ormsby", above, and "County", below, in white wide set serifed capitals.
