"Council has accepted the design of the Historical Committee's Borough Flag, Councilman Nebel said. It is a white rectangular field with a black Borough seal and a red M on the sail. (The seal is on the 1999 Directory). The flag will be
flown at the 150th celebration of Ocean County in November, 2000."
