Gloucester Township is located in Camden County, New Jersey. While researching the local police department's flag, I found a video online of the department's honor guard participating in an outdoor graduation ceremony. The video gives great views of the police department's flag being carried and flapping in the breeze. There is also a still from the video at i.ytimg.com/vi/h2TuhMHmKXs/0.jpg that gives a good view of the flag's design.
The flag of the Gloucester Township Police Department features the department's badge centered on a black field. When carried in ceremonies or parades, the flag also includes a gold fringe.
