Scotts Bluff County now has an official graphic identity as the county board approved a new county flag for use at official meetings and to fly at the courthouse. "The decision to change the county logo was made long ago," said Brenda Leisy, director of the Scotts Bluff Area Visitors Bureau.Dave Fowler, 15 November 2014
"When we attend the Nebraska Association of County Officials convention, we're the only county that doesn't have a flag."
The logo will appear on all county vehicles, and with a royal blue background for the official flag to fly at county buildings. Leisy said the flags will be ordered right away because the NACO convention is coming up in December. County officials will also be able to order a flag for their offices and they will be available for purchase by other government entities and private individuals.
