The flag is a gold field with the town logo in the center. Above the logo is the establishment year, with the town name under the logo.
It appears on the city's Facebook account since 2020, around the same time the account was made, so not sure if that can be used as an guestimate for the flag's adoption.

The logo shows a church, with the town name arched over it. On ether side is a cotton ball with leaves on them, as cotton is a major crop of the region. Under the church and cotton is a steam locomotive, representing it's importance to the town's early growth. Under the train is the town's motto "Home of Southern Hospitality".
