Stoney Point Harbor is an unincorporated lakeside community located on the Flat Swamp Creek of the High Rock Lake, located about 5 miles southeast of Southmont.
The flag is a horizontal tri-color of gold-blue-green with the seal of the community in the center, which is a black ring with the community name. In the center is a goose perched on a mooring bollard, reflecting the lakeside lifestyle of the community.
