Rockfish is an unincorporated community and census designated place located
in eastern Hoke County bordering neighboring Cumberland County.
The flag
is a white field with drawings of a John Deere tractor, and an Eastern bluebird.
Above the drawings are the words reading "Welcome To Rockfish North Carolina".
Under the name is the establishment year of 1888. In the lower-fly corner of the
signature is the flags designer, being Larry Long.
