The flag has a blue background. City of Kinloch is written in white letters at the bottom. Above that it says "heaven helps those that help themselves." The city seal is a yellow circle with green leaves all around it. Inside the city seal is a white building representing the Kinloch city hall, an open book, four large leaves, and a hand holding a piece of paper that says vote.
