GWAV's Flags of Michigan webpage displays a flag for the City of Parchment, Michigan, USA.
Parchment was founded by Jacob Kindleberger's Kalamazoo Vegetable Parchment Company in 1909. As the company made paper, the location was name Parchment and was incorporated as a village in 1930 and a city in 1939.

The flag is white, with a circular seal in black lines. It consists of a spruce tree, overlain by a roll of parchment, in which is written "City of" and "The Paper City". Between these words is black bar bearing the word PARCHMENT. The county name and date of establishment are written around the perimeter, and a ring of small stars surrounds all.
